Right now, millennials make up approximately 50% of the workforce and within 5 years we’ll see that number grow extensively. The Gen Z workforce (those born after 1995) will dramatically increase by over 80%, adding close to 2.5 million people to the Australian workforce. This has a huge impact on a number of fronts. The way managers lead must change to reflect the different needs of younger workers.
