With Xmas being the busiest time of the year for bricks and mortar stores, retailers have to find the right staff as well as train them and provide ongoing support. Traditionally Xmas casuals are often thrown in with little training and support, yet this Xmas is so important as shoppers venture out from behind their keyboards to shop in store.
In this interview with Cindy and Daz from 98.7 RPPFM, I discuss the importance of getting service right, how shopping will differ from previous Xmas’s and some tips on what retailers can do to maximise the opportunities that this time of the year brings.
