Loyalty cards are a brilliant way to increase customer retention and return visits. Most customers like to take advantage of the benefits offered by being a member of a loyalty program and invariably belong to quite a few programs.
Recent research in Australia found out that 57% of customers will spend more with retailers who offer a loyalty program and 60% are more likely to return. These figures can’t be ignored and if your business has a loyalty program, it needs to be supported by your staff.
