Millennials or Gen Y’s will very soon make up the biggest majority of workers as the Baby Boomers head into retirement. This technologically savvy generation certainly have a different way of looking at how things are done in the workplace. As leaders, if we try and treat them the same as everyone else, we risk losing them.
