Recent research in Australia found out that 57% of customers will spend more with retailers who offer a loyalty program and 60% are more likely to return. Most customers enjoy the benefits offered by being a member of a loyalty program and invariably belong to quite a few programs.

If your business has a loyalty program, it needs to be supported by your staff. Unfortunately, I find in most cases that I’m not asked if I’m a member. And, if the staff member does ask me, they do it poorly, which results in fewer signups.
